Participant CSV
Safe update/add preserves selfie, registration, guest recovery, and movement evidence. Spreadsheet headers: Team, Full Legal Name, Department, Position, Dietary, Session Role, Departure, Trainer, Registration Counter.

Facilitator codes
Used for registration counters and movement tracker verification. New codes are shown here for the facilitator.
Movement checkpoints
Arrived and Registered are tracked automatically. Add only the extra floor movement checkpoints participants need after ticketing.
Group Studio
Group participants when each activity begins, then lock the round for one Team submission.

Participant recovery
Issue a new 4-digit code when a participant loses theirs. Existing points, submissions, and groups stay unchanged.
The new code will be shown once here for the facilitator to give privately.
Missions
Create challenges for registered participants.

Participant reference (optional)
Show a photo, video, or web link with the mission. For example: “Look for this object” with its reference image.
Only one submission is accepted for the whole Team. The server uses a transaction, so two participants submitting together still produce one completion and one score.
Save as Draft while preparing, then change the status to Published.
Live game
Accepted missions score instantly. Remove, restore, or add bonus points here.
